It will be recalled that Efia Odo made headlines after she wore a see-through black attire to Kwesi Arthur’s album listening party. Because her b00bs and thighs were particularly obvious in the attire she wore, the actress offered everyone a free display of them.

This sparked mixed reactions on social media as many chastize the actress for exposing some of her body to the public as some called for her arrest over nudity.

Ghanaian legal practitioner, Lawyer Maurice Ampau reacted by describing Efia Odo’s decision to wear that outfit as a criminal offense and as such, she needs to be arrested. He added that the case of Wisa Creid should be used as a case study, hence the actress needs to be arrested a fined for exposing her breast in public.

In reaction to that, Nana Obiri Boahen, the NPP deputy general secretary has said that Lawyer Maurice Ampau’s submissions about Efia Odo’s outfit are very accurate according to the criminal laws of the state, hence she needs to be prosecuted.

He stated in an interview on Okay FM that even though Efia Odo might not see the dangers involved in a choice of outfit, the criminal laws of the country frown on such actions, describing them as nudity and exposure.
