Award-winning Ghanaian songstress, Janet Awindor, widely known as Efya has taken to her page to pay tribute to the late friend of dancehall artiste Ebony, Franky Kuri.
Franky Kuri, born Franklin Maame Yaa Teboa Nkansah would be remembered as one of the trio who died painfully in a gastric motor accident alongside dancehall artist Ebony reign and military personal Vondee.

Franky Kuri who is also the friend of artist Efya has been remembered after four years of her demise on the Accra Sunyani in 2018. The accident that took the life of Franky Kuri and her friend Ebony and bodyguard Vondee on February 8th, 2018 shattered a lot of people, especially the fans of the artist.
Efya who has still not gotten over the death of her friend Franky has taken to her page to pay tribute to her friend.
Efya has taken to her Twitter page to celebrate her friend as she would have been 32 this year if she was alive. It appears the artist cannot get over the death of her friend.
She wrote on her page with the picture of Franky Kuri, “Sometimes I have trouble accepting the fact that u are no longer here …. So I won’t. it’s just gon be like we ain’t seen in a while. RIP FRANK KURI Always n forever.”
