Ghanaian entrepreneur Gwen Gyimah Addo has taken to social media to tell the story of how she contracted the dreadful COVID-19 and advised people against it.

According to her, she was selfish and irresponsible and that was how she became a victim. She explained by saying she followed all safety protocols especially wearing the mask and but failed to ask others to do the same.
She added that she survived the virus which has taken down thousands of lives because her symptoms were mild, unlike the others who couldn’t sail through.
Gwen has challenged the masses to follow all laid down protocols, most especially the wearing of masks to prevent contracting the virus.

Sharing the video, she wrote;
After careful thought and consideration; I knew “the wrong will be in not sharing the truth”. This is not to incite fear but to advise us to do better with this fight.
And like my friend Vivian advises a good healthy lifestyle is also key on the list.
Let’s all show leadership with this crisis it’s not someone else’s responsibility. It’s the responsibility of all of humanity; you included.
