Famous Bollywood actress, Aishwarya Rai, has tested positive for COVID-19.
Rai’s father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan disclosed recently that he had contracted the deadly virus and was at the hospital receiving treatment.
An anonymous Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation official disclosed that Aishwarya’s eight-year-old daughter, Aaradhya, has also been infected.

Abhishek, son of Bachchan, Rai’s husband, said he too had contracted the virus.
Abhishek, took to social media. He wrote,
“Earlier today both my father and I tested positive for COVID 19. Both of us having mild symptoms have been admitted to hospital. We have informed all the required authorities and our family and staff are all being tested. I request all to stay calm and not panic. Thank you.”
