Nigerian singer Rachel Akosua Funmilola Garton better known as Lola Rae made record as the first ever female artist to be signed by Davido into DMW.
Davido broke the news about her signing some months ago when he took to his Twitter page to announce the news as he typed: “Lola Welcome to DMW”.
Lola is the bay mama of nigerian singer Tekno and she came to the limelight after she dropped her debut single ‘Watch my ting go” which got her a nomination for the most promising female act to watch at the 2013 Nigeria Entertainment Awards.
