In other news, talented Ghanaian rapper, Akan has suggested that songs containing explicit words and contents should only be played on-air after 8 PM because some of the words are not suitable for the hearing of children.

Speaking in an interview with Abeiku Santana on Okay FM’s Ekwansodwodwo, Akan stated that most of these adult-made songs are supposed to be played at specific times when kids are asleep because they might be corrupted by the words in the song.

He charged the agencies responsible for regulating explicit materials and songs in the airwaves must ban such content from being played on-air.
