Gabriel Magalhaes, Brazillian footballer for the Arsenal club has tested positive for the deadly virus.
His football team made this disclosure on Boxing Day that Gabriel Magalhaes has begun the self-isolation period. Due to his present condition, Gabriel will miss matches with Brighton and West Brom on Tuesday and Saturday respectively.
In an official statement released by the club reads;
‘Gabriel has tested positive for Covid-19 and is isolating according to UK Government and Premier League protocols.
‘We will continue to monitor and support Gabriel, and we are hoping he will be available again after our next two matches.’
