According to reports, the head coach of the senior national team the Black Stars, Kwesi Appiah, has been dismissed by the Ghana Football Association (GFA).
This comes after the GFA dissolved the technical teams of all national teams.
The decision affects both male and female national teams, a statement on the FA website said Thursday.
The action suggests that Black Stars coach is no longer in charge of the team.
“The GFA extends its appreciation to all coaches and members of the respective national teams for their contributions to our teams and Ghana football.
We wish them all the best in their endeavours,” the statement added.
