Honorable Haruna Iddrisu, Member of Parliament (MP) for Tamale South Constituency has plainly said he has no contender in Tamale South Constituency over the Parliamentary seat, and he’s going to win the election again in the upcoming December 7 elections and stay in Parliament.

He as said this on Wednesday 16 September, 2020 when speaking on TV3 Ghana, the Minority Leader of Parliament, said, the ruling government of New Patriotic Party (NPP) has not done anything developmental in Tamale South Constituency that will convinced the people to vote for any candidate on the seat of NPP in the constituency.

Mr. Haruna Iddrisu, who has enjoyed a long stay in Parliament since 2004, says he has performed to the the admiration of the people of Tame South, and has strong hope that will give him another 4 years mandate to represent them in the country’s law making house.

Nevertheless, Parliamentary Candidate Yussif Yakubu from the NPP is determined to contest him on the seat with strong conviction that he will win the seat for NPP.
