Report coming in state that a man has been arrested for taking a picture of the election ballot paper at Zebilla.
According to an eyewitness, the security personnel deployed at a polling station to oversee a peaceful election in the capital of Bawku West district, Zebilla in the Upper East Region of north Ghana arrested the man for taking a picture of the ballot paper.
It is unclear if such an act is a crime and punishable by law, we will follow up for more details.
