The Vice Presidential Candidate of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang has stated that they will not discriminate against any ethnicity in their attempt to develop the nation.

Confirming her meeting with Zongo chief in Obuasi,Prof Naana Jane posted on his Facebook page;

“I paid a courtesy call on the Zongo chief in Obuasi. We discussed issues confronting Zongo communities and the NDC’s pledge to them as captured in the manifesto”.

“Zongos have always been at the heart of the NDC. John Mahama and I are determined to build a Ghana that is truly inclusive, where citizens aren’t discriminated against because of their ethnicity or creed. We are indeed one people, and together as one we will continue our march forward”.
