Ghanaian musician, Wendy Asiamah Addo who is widely known as Wendy Shay has opined that Ghanaian musicians need to appreciate Nigerian musicians.
The award-winning musician made this known in a recent post that she made on her verified social media handle on the popular social media platform, Twitter.
According to her, the reason why Ghanaian musicians need to appreciate Nigerian musicians is that they (Nigerian musicians) have brought the attention of the world to Africa.
The post that she made reads;
“Ghanaian Artistes Should thank Nigerians Artistes, For bringing the world’s attention to Africa …through Afrobeats. Ghana wake up!”
