Ghanaian professional boxer, Braimah Isaac Kamoko, affectionately known as Bukom Banku has lost his mother.
Speaking at a radio interview on Adom Tv, Bukom banku who is known to be characterized by good-humored cheerfulness and conviviality shed tears as he could not hold them back during the conversation.

According to him, his mother passed this morning at Koforidua hospital where he was called to fetch the body. Reacting to a question on the cause of death, he said his mother has been living in Koforidua where she has been battling an unknown sickness in the past 17 years until her demise. He is now an orphan since he has lost both parents to the icy hand of death.
In other news, Bukom Banku has said the punches he endured on his head during boxing has affected his brain thus why he sometimes behaves abnormally.
