Ghanaian Hiplife/ Highlife sensational singer Kidi has waded into some alleged posts by some Christians on social media tagging him as a ‘demon’ after losing the Artiste of the Year award to Diana Hamilton.

Recall the 22nd Vodafone Ghana Music Awards was held over the weekend at the Accra International Conference Center (AICC) and to the surprise to many music lovers and the audience, Diana Hamilton beat Kidi to win the ultimate award of the night.
Kidi was tipped ahead of the other nominees in that category like Medikal, Kuami Eugene, Adina, Sarkodie, and Diana Hamilton to take the award home but it all came to a halt win Diana Hamilton was announced as the winner of the award.
As usual, social media was set ablaze with many people reacting to what they think about Diana Hamilton winning the Artiste of the Year and some tweets that caught the attention of many users including Kidi himself were some alleged tweets from some Christians tagging the ‘Sugar Daddy’ a demon.
According to Kidi, he was very disappointed when he saw some of the tweets from people throwing shades at him after Diana Hamilton won the Artiste of the Year. He said some of the unpleasant tweets makes him wonder if one is a demon if he’s not doing Gospel music.
He added that his stepfather is a pastor which automatically makes him a ‘pastor’s son’ so people should stop tagging people who do other genres of music aside from Gospel music as demons because most of the Gospel musicians in the country are hypocrites.
