Ghanaian actress and social media personality, Rosemond Alade Brown, well known as Akuapem Poloo has debunked rumors that she converted from Christianity to Islam because of a mysterious man she is currently seeing.

In an interview on Accra100.5 FM with Nana Romeo, Akuapem Poloo stated that her conversion to being a Muslim is not because she wants to please any man but because she has long loved the religion even when she was not a part of it.
She revealed that she has received help both from the Christian religion and the Islamic religion but she was not convinced by anyone to join the Islamic religion because she has long admired the religion.
Akuapem Poloo further stated that she did not convert to please any man because in cases where the said Muslim Ghanaian presume she is dating abandons her, would she convert back to Christianity or remain a Muslim forever.
She also stated that any man who intends to seek her hand in marriage must be willing to convert to the Islamic religion is he is not part of the religion.
In other news, Ghanaian actress and TV personality, Nana Ama Mcbrown has lamented that even though she has been able to garner a lot of fame over the years with her craft as an entertainer, she is not as rich as people presume.
Speaking on the Hammer Time segment with Hammer Nti on Pure FM, Nana Ama Mcbrown stated that she has been blessed by God through her craft but she is not very financially comfortable as people presume of her.
She revealed that she is very comfortable with what she has gained from her entertainment business over the years but she would not describe herself as a wealthy personality.
Nana Ama Mcbrown who has served as a movie star, comedienne, footballer, driver and currently a TV personality said that she can only be grateful for what she has in her life and hopes to gain more as the years goes by.
