Multiple award-winning actress, Ama Konadu Abebrese is one actress here in Ghana who has times without number vehemently spoken against Skin Bleaching.
Well, the ‘Sinking Sands’ actress is still campaigning against skin bleaching. According to her, we all must endeavour to be proud of our Natural Skin.
In an interview with Mamavi Owusu Aboagye on JOY FM, she said,
“Yes, i’m still campaigning against Skin Bleaching; I dislike Skin Bleaching, let’s say no to it. We should be proud of our natural skin.”
Talking about Abraham Attah and Cinemas in Ghana, she said
” I’m very proud of Abraham Attah and the other young people who were featured in the Beast of No Nation. We need more cinemas in different regions or perhaps exhibition spaces in the country”
