Ghanaian stand-up comedian, actor, and TV presenter Derick Kobina Bonney popularly known as DKB has lamented over an old story published by a reporter at Graphic Showbiz about his career.
It seems the comedian is still nursing grudge and pain over the publication done by a reporter called Jane Owuo at Graphic Showbiz about his career. According to him, the publication ruined his career.

About five years ago, a reporter from Graphic Showbiz published a story quoting the former first lady, Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings saying that DKB is a boring comedian. This publication went viral which the comedian says has damaged his career,
According to DKB, the publication was false claiming that the former first lady Nana Agyemang Rawlings would not have invited him again to perform at her 70th birthday party if she had made such comments.
“People have written several false things about me and that is no problem but this particular brought me down, destroyed my career, and blocked all my chances,” he painfully recounted.

He disclosed that after the publication from the reporter, his ratings dropped and up to date, he has not been able to hold the second edition of his event, “Point of View. He told the Adom TV reporter that he has cursed the reporter who made that publication to destroy his career.
