Multiple-award-winning Actress Jackie Appiah has opened up on how she combines her acting career and managing her family.
The actress has disclosed that although she is a busy woman and mostly not at home, her mother has been very helpful in the upbringing of her s on, Damian Agyeman.

Speaking on Hammer Time during a promotional tour of her movie “Red Carpet”, Jackie noted that her only son Damian is all grown up and independent. She disclosed that her son understands her career and sometimes follows her on set. She added that she has her eyes on her son.
Jackie also stated that she intentionally kept her son from the public eye for a reason but she got her eyes on him.

“It has not been an easy journey but with the help of my mother, it has been easy. You know that I stay with my mother so if I travel or go on set, my mother takes care of him. I communicate with him all the time. He is now a big boy, he is in the new house now. He was there all by himself, I was just watching him through the cameras”.
“He has been very understanding, he understands the nature of my job. Sometimes he comes with me on set…everything has been easy by His grace,” Jackie said.
