Veteran Highlife artiste, Kaakyire Kwame Fosu known popularly as KK Fosu has debunked earlier reports from some blogging sites over his recent comments in an interview on the radio.
A few days ago, the artist granted an interview on a Cape Coast-based radio station Kastle FM over the recent economic hardship in Ghana.

During the interview, KK Fosu encouraged the youth to work harder in this situation stop complaining.
“This would continue to be the case if you don’t go out of your comfort zone and recognize that you can create money on your own.”
“KK Fosu added, “we should not rely on anybody because Ghana will continue to remain like this for a long time to come since the system has changed tremendously from the days of Kwame Nkrumah”
Nevertheless, there have been several artworks from other blog sites saying that the artist tagged Ghanaian youth as lazy over the current economic issue. The artist has however in a press release, debunked such reportage; saying that he was misquoted.
