Kelvin Brown, widely known in showbiz scenes as Kelvynboy has revealed that he still admires and looks up to his former boss, Stonebwoy who happens to be the owner of the Burniton Music Group record label.

Speaking in an interview on Hitz FM with Andy Dosty on his Daybreak Hitz morning segment, Kelvynboy confessed that he used to look up to his former boss and still admires his works even though he is no longer working with him.
Kelvynboy also said that he specifically had his dreadlocks simply because of his admirations for the Afro-dancehall crooner.
According to him, he wanted to share the same looks with him and also perfect his sound to be like his, hence he needed to pick up a few traits from him and his music personality.
“I really looked up to Stonebwoy. I still look up to him. I had locks because I wanted to sound and look like him”, he said.
As a reminder, Kelvynboy was brought to the limelight by Stonebwoy after he signed him on his Burniton Music Group record label. The two embarked on numerous projects and Stonebwoy gave Kelvynboy the exposure he needed to boost his music craft.
Well, for some reason which most people believed to be an act of ungratefulness on the part of Kelvynboy, they parted ways with each other and Kelvynboy gained independence and began managing his own craft.
