In most Christian believes, polygamy is believed to be a grave offense against marriage and goes contrary to the original plan of God and equal dignities among human beings especially people of the Christian faith.

However, in the Islamic faith according to the Qu’ran, a man can decide to settle down with more than one woman as his wives provided he has the capabilities to secure their financial needs. The are are allowed to settle with up to four women as his wives and more men are entreated to apply to the polygamous union.

Speaking in an interview with Andy Dosty on the Daybreak Hitz segment aired on Hitz FM, Ajagurajah stated that as a man of God, he strongly supports polygamy.

Just as the wisest man in the Bible, King Solomon got married to 300 wives and had 700 concubines, the man of God believes that polygamy is never a sin even though the bible frowns on it.

Even though most men of God will counteract his statement with direct quotes from the Bible, Ajagurajah believes that there is absolutely nothing wrong with a man opting for more than one wife.
