Ghanaian singer and radio presenter, Mzbel has given a vivid account of what happened to her during her infamous rape saga at the hands of KNUST students years ago.
Mzbel had a show at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) when she was at the peak of her career over a decade ago where she was reportedly assaulted during the show.
It emerged that the boys were so obsessed with her that they decided to sekzually assault her because of how she embodied sekz as an artist.
Recounting the incident on Atuu on UTV in an interview with Abeiku Santana which was monitored by www.Ghgossip.com, Mzbel said she wasn’t sekzually assaulted as widely reported by the media at that time.
She said the KNUST boys who were so impressed with her performance asked for more but she was overly tired to continue the show. But these naughty boys will have none of that as they consequently tore her pants and dragged her from the stage into the packed audience whiles ‘fingering’ her.
She said the incident sacred her so much that she passed out so she did not know whether she was raped as the media reported it that time.
Mzbel said it was Castro who took her back to their hotel and told her what happened. Mzbel told Abeiku Santana that the perpetrators were consequently dismissed from the school after a full scale investigation was launched.
She was also compensated with a huge sum of money thereafter.
