Indigenous rapper and proponent of Ga folklore, Apaatse has ‘threatened’ to take a leaf out of Shatta Wale’s book if Ghanaians keep ignoring him despite his talent.
In an interview with Sammy Flex on Sammy Flex TV’s Showbiz Daily, Apaatse stated rather intriguingly that Ghanaians have not recognized him yet because of how descent he is. “Ghanaians always pay attention to controversial artistes”.
“I believe in time, soon Ghanaians will be used to my style and they will accept me. Some A-list artistes are known because of controversies and not talent” he added.
“The shine is not on me now as a rapper because I’m not controversial and I know it will help me if I add the controversies to my craft but I just want my talent to speak” he stated.
