Ghanaian musician, Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr., well known as Shatta Wale has opened up on his current relationship status in a recent interview on Metro TV with Paul Adom-Otchere.

According to the outspoken musician, he is currently single and not attached to any female partner yet after his last relationship failed horribly. Shatta Wale on the Good Evening Ghana segment intimated that his last relationship was with Shatta Michy and no other female.
When asked about his supposed immediate ex, Elfeda, Shatta Wale revealed that he tried making things work between them but unfortunately, it appears that it was never meant to be.
He also revealed that he is still in search of true love since his last one failed and he would also want to warm himself in the bosom of a female partner.

In other news, Shatta Wale has finally explained why he was not billed to perform at the just-ended Global Citizen Festival concert.
The Global Citizen Festival was graced with intimating performances from some of the big names and talented individuals in the Ghanaian music game. The likes of Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Gyakie, Yaw Tog, and Kwesi Arthur.
Top-tier musicians from Nigeria like Oxlade, Tiwa Savage, Pheelz and Tems also brought their A-game to the show as they thrilled the attendees with electrifying performances. Also performances from the renowned American singer, Usher Raymond, SZA and the British rapper, Stormzy also shook the entire square.
Well, many Ghanaians wondered why Shatta Wale who happens to be one of the most famous musicians in Ghana was never called to perform at such an event especially the fact that he holds one of the biggest music fanbases in the country.
In a self-recorded video, Shatta Wale explained why he was snubbed by the organizer of the Global Citizen Festival even though he’s being loved and admired by many Ghanaians.
