Ghanaian musician, Emmanuel Kofi Botwe, also known as Kwaw Kese has revealed that he has taken a long break from smoking weed following his previous predicaments with the law.

It would be vividly recalled in 2014 that the musician was arrested by the police for smoking marijuana in public. He was arrested in Kumasi and remanded into police custody for two weeks by the Kumasi Circuit Court after police charged him with unlawful use of substances suspected to be marijuana. Kwaw Kese was granted bail after spending about one month in jail.

During an interview with Abeiku Santana on Okay FM’s Ekwasodwodwo, Kwaw Kese revealed that he is currently on a long break from smoking marijuana because he cannot recall the last time he smoked the substance.

Meanwhile, Ghanaian dancehall musician, Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr., well known as Shatta Wale is ready to launch his new initiative ‘SHAXI’ in just a week’s time after he embarked on a social media campaign for the brand.

Recall, Shatta Wale took to social media to announce that he will be venturing into the transport business to improve the car commercial driving business in Ghana and better the lives of drivers and car owners in general.

He explained that he had heard of drivers and vehicle owners complaining and squabbling about being duped on several occasions and that he believed it would be a good idea to tackle the problem by establishing an effort that would benefit both parties.
