This comes after Sarkodie revealed in an interview in South Africa he dislikes the idea of giving out money to his fans whiles cameras are on him. The rapper revealed that rumors about him being stingy are never true because he would prefer to reach out to his fans privately than do so on camera.

He lamented that in situations whereby someone gives out money in front of cameras with bad intentions, society interprets that to be good and would love such a person irrespective of the ulterior motive behind their sudden generosity.

In reaction to that, A Plus finds it very abnormal and absurd for celebrities to be forced to share money with their fans in public just to diminish a certain perception about them from the minds of the fans.

In an interview on the United Showbiz segment, A Plus stated that Sarkodie has the right to decide on how he wants to share his money or show love to his fans on the street but not necessarily throwing it in the crowd.

He added that the likes of Shatta Wale have their own reasons for throwing money in the crowd wherever he finds himself, hence Sarkodie should also be allowed to show love to his fans the way he prefers to do so.
