Renowned Ghanaian Highlife crooner, Charles Kwadwo Fosu, widely known as Daddy Lumba or DL has revealed that he has never commemorated his birth anniversary ever since he was born.

The singer made this revelation during an interview after he turned 58 years old on the 29th of September 2022.
He stated that there is an explanation to why he has decided never to celebrate his birthday and he would find time to communicate with his fans and explain his reasons.
Daddy Lumba wlaos revealed that he wishes to plan with his management to have at least a day in every week to meet his fans and explain the inspirations and meanings of all his songs.

In other news, controversial Ghanaian dancehall musician, Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr., well known as Shatta Wale has revealed his intentions to release some singles on his #GOGAlbum.
Shatta Wale who has been teasing his fans and music lovers with his upcoming album opened up on the date he will be dropping the album. In a post he made on social media, the singer revealed that the long-awaited album will be publicized on digital streaming platforms on October 17th.
He had earlier revealed that he has recruited top-tier musicians like Beyonce and Rihanna on the masterpiece which will be released and be available to patronize on all streaming platforms.
In a post he made on his Facebook page, Shatta Wale revealed that he did not record the album for the Ghanaian music industry, hence he wouldn’t want any negative discussions to be held about the album.
Shatta Wale stated that the purpose of the album is to fill the souls and minds of the masses, especially his loyal fanbase with peace and love, hence no negative discussions should be held on any platform about the album.
