Popular Ghanaian singer, Jackeline Acheampong who is known in the music game as Gyakie has disclosed that she has never received a promise ring from a man.
A lot of people have realized that songstress Gyakie has been wearing a ring on her middle finger portraying that she is in a relationship or engaged to a man. She has however trashed the rumors.

The songstress has said that all the rings she wears are just for fashion. She also disclosed that the ring she wears on her middle finger was given to her by her mother.
This disclosure from Gyakie comes after the host Amansan Krakye during an exclusive interview on Cape Coast’s Kastle FM questioned the “Forever” crooner whether the ring she’s wearing was a promise ring given to her by her boyfriend.

She answered “No the ring I’m wearing, it’s not a promise ring actually it is my mother who gave me that ring you see me wearing on my middle left finger.
“It’s actually a cross that is on the ring you see me wearing every day and it was given to me by my mother but it’s not a promise ring as you think,” she continued.
“Please it’s not my boyfriend who put that ring on my finger as a promise ring but my mum gave it to and it’s having a cross on it,” she said on the Kastle Drive Show.
