Jamaican artist Popcaan has proudly revealed in a new video that he has bought a mansion in Ghana.
Popcaan endeared himself to Ghanaians few days ago when he arrived in the country as part of the Year of Return initiative and showed his reverence and respect for the people of Ghana by planting a kiss on the airport’s concrete floor, in effect ‘kissing the ground his ancestors might have walked on.’
The star singer, whose real name is Andre Sutherland now identifies himself as a Ghanaian and we think the reason is not far fetched.
And of course, buying this new house here will ultimately cement his connection with his ancestry.
