Award-winning Ghanaian gospel musician, Joe Mettle has opened up about life after welcoming his first child with his lovely wife.
The musician and his wife welcomed their first child some months ago and speaking about how life has been since then, he indicated that it has been amazing even though it involves some sleepless nights.

He made this known in a recent interview with renowned Ghanaian media personality, Afia Amankwa Tamakloe.

In his submission, he said;
“It’s a very nice experience. I was astonished as I stood by my wife while she delivered and it’s been great. Apart from the sleepless nights once she wakes up, we all have to do the same.”
Born Joseph Oscar Nii Armah Mettle, the musician was the first Gospel musician to win the VGMA Artist of the year award.
During his early days of singing, he worked as a backing vocalist for some Ghanaian Gospel greats including Cindy Thompson, the late Danny Nettey, and Reverend Tom Bright Davies. Joe Mettle was the lead singer for the indigenous multicultural music group, Soul Winners.
