Ghanaian media personality, Berlinda Addardey who is known as Berla Mundi has lamented about how difficult it is for a lady to keep a flat tummy in Ghana.
The beautiful screen TV and radio personality made this known in a recent post she made on her verified social media handle on the popular social media platform, Twitter.
The post she made reads;
“Keeping a flat stomach in this country is an arduous task. Kenkey wee keeee meee”

@godfred_eric – Yes ,is a very difficult task here in Ghana to have a flat stomach because of our local dishes, but it all depends on how determined you are in controlling your diet in a consistent manner.
