Maverick Ghanaian politician, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has dished out his reasons why he does not take loans.
The billionaire politician made t his known in a recent submission he made while speaking to a group of students of the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA).

He lamented about the fact that the interest rates in Ghana are so high and it is the main reason why he has decided never to take loans.

In his submission, he said;
“I don’t take loans from banks because the interest rates are ridiculous. The day that you will hear that banks are coming to take my property, that day when I enter my room, I know I will die and I won’t come back again.
Yes, because I don’t believe in banks. If I start a project and I hit a wall, I will go back and regroup myself. No amount of temptation will let me go for 26%, hell no. It won’t work. So if you are here and you and you want to do business, start saving today.”
