Ghanaian football star, Kevin-Prince Boateng has earned a role in an upcoming TV series alongside Hollywood legend, Sylvester Stallone, well known by many as Rambo.

Speaking in an interview with an Italian newspaper, Corriere della Sera, Kevin-Prince Boateng stated that he has now formed a friendship with the Hollywood giant and the story will be about his life, however, not about his football career.

“A friendship has been formed with him and I’m working on a TV series inspired by my life, but not about football,” he said as quoted by Sky Sports.

He said that he is of the hope that the narrator’s voice comes from Sylvester Stallone and probably, he might pick the same role with him as they show how it pains to becomes successful.

“We are considering that the narrator’s voice comes from [Sylvester] Stallone and that we both take on small roles. We want to show the pain and wounds it takes to be successful”, he added.

As a reminder, Kevin-Prince Boateng has ventured into several other aspects of entertainment aside from football. He raps, models and now wants to venture into the film and TV industry.

He has previously had an experience on TV after he worked as a pundit during the Euro 2020 tournament. He was announced by German broadcaster ARD as one of its marquee analysts during last year’s tournament.
