Singer Kirani Ayat has called out president Nana Addo for using his song GUDA to call on people to visit Ghana without his consent after trying so hard to get their attention.

The president in a tweet called on people around the world to look beyond the sky since it’s calling and follow the journey to Ghana as we have a lot for them but unfortunately, his team didn’t do the right thing by contacting the owner of the song GUDA.

Kirani Ayat reacting to the tweet of the president said he worked as a security guard for months just to get money to save for GUDA after that, he tried getting the ministry’s attention but he was ignored and now they are using the same song without his consent.

This isn’t the first time the president is using something that isn’t his without acknowledging the owner and Kirani Ayat seems very angry because his hard work has been used without his consent not to talk of being credited for that.

I worked 7 days a week from 7PM to 7AM for 3 months straight as a security guard just to save up to make this “GUDA” video possible. Various awards shows snubbed it, the ministry ignored it, I reached out a couple time to no avail. I was depressed throughout that period.
