Singer Kirani Ayat has replied to the Ghana Tourism Authority after claiming that the song GUDA was given to them by an agency they contracted to work on this saying no agency has the right to his song.

Kirani Ayat called out the president and the Ghana Tourism Authority for using his song without his consent and they have replied to that claiming an agency gave them the right to use it since 2019 and it’s been used since then till now that he has seen it on the presidents official Twitter handle.

Kirani Ayat has replied to the Ghana Tourism Authority that no agency has the right to sell or give them the go ahead to use his song as he’s the soul owner of the song so they should do the needful rather than trying to shift blames to an agency we are yet to know about.

Some netizens reacting to this tweet of Kirani Ayat have advised him to take the issue to court rather than doing it a social media affair since the Ghana Tourism Authority has clearly refused to take the blame for not going through the right channel even after contacting them years ago.
