Legendary High life artist Theophilus Kofi Nti simply known in the industry as Kofi Nti has disclosed what caused the separation between himself and high-life artiste Ofori Amponsah.
Recall that it was rumored that Kofi Nti and Ofori Amponsah’s friendship ended after the artist caused the downfall of Ofori’s marriage.

It was rumored some years ago that Kofi Nti slept with Ofori Amponsah’s wife, Linda leading to the collapse of their marriage. However, the high-life artist denied being the cause of the collapse of Ofori Amponsah’s marriage with his wife.
Speaking in an interview with Fiifi Prat on Kingdom FM, the Rakia hitmaker disclosed before his separation from his former boss Ofori Amponsah, they were closer like family until issues between them escalated.
Kofi Nti disclosed that although he didn’t sign any contract with Ofori Amponsah or his record label, he stated that he saw Ofori as his boss and helped him a lot in his music while he was also doing his thing.
Kofi Nti However disclosed that he realized that the relationship between himself and Ofori Amponsah was gradually sinking because of his closeness with the late artist Kofi B. The late Kofi B was pat of the four highlife singers making waves some years back; Ofori Amponsah, KK Fosu, Barosky, and Kofi Nti.
According to Kofi Nti, the main reason they separated was because of the album he did with Kofi B. He stated that his boss Ofori Amponsah was angry which led to their separation.
