Ghanaian music icon, Emmanuel Botchwey who is popularly known as Kwaw Kese has advised people who smokes.
The Swedru-based musician gave this advice when he appeared on Hitz FM when he was interviewed by popular show host, Andy Dosty.
His advice reads;
“When I took a puff, the police were not around. One policeman claimed he saw smoke in the air and traced it to catch me smoking. Popcann was guarded by policemen while he was smoking in public, here in Ghana.
In this modern world, no one should even tell you to legalize cannabis. We could make billions of dollars for it. We should legalize it for people to farm and make economic sense out of it.
Chasing people from smoking weed wouldn’t stop them from smoking. If you a smoker, I would advise you not to smoke in public. Smoke in your house before you go out.”
