A lady has taken to social media to narrate how she helped a lady she met while driving.

The lady who felt proud after helping the lady shared this in the popular South African Facebook group, #ImStaying.

According to her, she was driving along the main road of the township where she stayed and she drove past a lady probably in her 50s who was going an opposite direction.

She was using crutches and looked very tired adding that on his rear view mirror, she saw her trying to stop two taxis which didn’t stop.

She then couldn’t drive any further as he made a U-turn and asked her if she would let me take her home.

“Guys I had my moment today. As I was driving along the main road of the township where I stay, I drove past a lady probably in her 50s who was going an opposite direction, probably from work. Judging by the uniform she wore I assumed she’s a healthcare worker. She was using crutches and looked very tired. On my rear view mirror I saw her trying to stop two taxis which didn’t stop. I couldn’t drive any further. I made a U-turn and asked her if she would let me take her home. Turns out it wasn’t even that far, it was about 10 to 12 minutes drive from where I picked her up. I dropped her at her front gate. It felt good to put a smile on someone’s face. #Imstaying”
