Raving Ghanaian recording and performing artiste, Lasmid Owusu Nathaniel, widely known by his stage name, Lasmid has announced an upcoming project.

The young multifaceted musician and 2019 MTN Hitmaker winner has taken to his official social media page to announce the completion of ‘Friday Night’ visuals. On Friday, June 10, 2022, Lasmid served his listeners and the entire music community with a masterpiece captioned; “Friday Night”.

The single debuted on Apple Music Charts in several countries across the globe. As a follow up, Lasmid is set to published the official music video for the chart topping tune which is doing impressive numbers on streaming platforms.

Taking to bird app, he posted, “Friday night video out soon”. Although details (release date) for the project is yet to be known, fans and music consumers are already anticipating the the video. Screenshot below.

MEANWHILE: Veteran Ghanaian highlife singer and composer, Rtd D.F.O Peter Kwame Opoku popularly known as Big Kwame has reportedly kicked the bucket.

The shocking demise of the highlife musician was communicated in a post by astute media personality Mrs Wendy Pokua Owusu, widely known as Pokua 101 of Adom 106.3 FM.

Big Kwame was a member of the group that formed ‘The Jewels Band’ in 1970 before joining the Ghana National Fire Service Flame Fighter’s Band till he went on retirement. Big Kwame was known for his smash hit single, ‘Yesu Nkoa’

According to Pokua 101 of Adom 106.3 FM, who happens to be the eldest daughter, Big Kwame died at the age of 70 after battling an undisclosed sickness. MAY HIS SOUL REST IN PEACE !!!
