Former Music Music host on TV3 and actress Benedicta Gafah has advised women to flee from abusive relationship before it metamorphosis into something akin to what happened to Ekwueme singer Osinachi Nwanchukwu who died last Friday over domestic abuse.
The Kumasi based thespian stated that domestic violence is not tantamount to love hence women should be able to blur between this lines and safeguard their sanity.
“I will always say this, that once a man hits you once, he will do it again. Domestic violence isn’t a sign of love or go ing through thick and thin in the love story.
“Please leave the relationship or marriage before it gets too late. Anytime you find yourself in such a horrible situation, please put yourself first, think about what your family, kids and loved ones would lose,” she stated in a recent post shared on social media.
