Who said Ghanaian men are not romantic? Our women should better erase that perception after reading this non-fictional story which seems to have been taken straight from those fable books.
Last night (April 21) the much publicized concert dubbed Music, Magic & Comedy (MMC Live) went down live at the National Theater and it was well attended.
The likes of Samini and King Promise were there to thrill the audience, together with some Ghanaian comedians and a renowned South African magician.
Ekow and his girlfriend Claudio, two of the patrons who attended the show stole the spotlight of the night as the man proposed to his fiance right on stage whilst King Promise was performing.
Unbeknownst to Claudia, Ekow got in touch with the organizers of MMC LIVE (Global Media Alliance) prior to the show.
He told the organizers that Claudia is a huge fan of King Promise so he wants to seize the occasion to propose to her.
So together with King Promise, Ekow and the organizers – a plan was devised, his friends and her friends were all invited and they all knew about it except her.
After King Promise started performing, he brought her to the stage and finished off by saying, “I hear you’re my biggest fan but there’s someone here who loves you even more.”
Ekow walks in at this moment and on bent knees, he asked the emotionally charged Claudio to be his wife.
….and the lady wept!
