Ghanaian rapper M.anifest did not receive a single nomination for his effort relative to the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards under the year in review this year.
More disappointingly, he won’t be part of the tall list of musicians who would perform on the night of the award ceremony scheduled for this Saturday April 14 at the Accra International Conference Centre.
The Someway Bi hitmaker is however not holding any grudge against anyone though. He engaged his fans on a question-and-answer time on social media and explained what actually culminated in that when a fan sought to find out.
The fan asked:
Have u ask Bice Osei Kuffour why en ppl no nominate u dis yr VGMA??
To which the rapper answered thus:
Obour is not responsible for VGMA. I did not submit…it was a business decision for this year.
