Renowned radio personality, Macall Mensah is reportedly close to leaving YFM Takoradi.
Per what we gathered, the popular personality is set to join Beach FM which is a Focus 1 Media entourage.
Sources revealed that the negotiations between Macall and the management of Beach FM are in the advanced stages.
Known in the radio fraternity as the “The Axeman”, he has garnered a mind-blowing fanbase since becoming a radio personality.
Aside from YFM, he has worked with some of the top radio stations in the Western Region. He once worked with Melody FM as a Sports Journalist for a period of four years. After Melody FM, he worked with Empire FM as well.
He had his senior high school education at the prestigious Adisadel College and as we speak, he holds an undergraduate degree from Pentecost University.
Currently, he is head of sports at YFM and also the host of the station’s entertainment show.
Macall Mensah has also won some notable awards in his career. One of such awards is the Entertainment Show Host of the Year award and he won that award in 2021.
