Ghanaian reggae dancehall artiste, Kojo Korankye, known in the music industry as Ras Kuuku is calling on Government to make him an Ambassador for the now legalized Cannabis.
Ras Kuuku has bragged about knowing the proper use of cannabis as he’s been using it for years. He also explained that if made the ambassador, he will be able to teach people the proper use of marijuana without abusing it and also teach the benefits of marijuana to the economy.
Ras Kuuku in an interview on Accra FM Nkran Kwaso, said “Make me the ambassador for weed. I will build more classroom blocks to stop the double-tracking system….Ghana stands the chance of generating more revenue from weed.”
He, however, gave a word of caution to the youth to desist from abusing the substance.
Parliament passed the Bill to legalize the use of cannabis for medicinal and industrial use on Friday, 20 March Bill 2020.
