AMG Medikal and Okese1 used to be best of friends until in recent times, the two were reported to have some misunderstandings which resulted in the end of their longtime friendship.

Okese1 has revealed in a recent interview the main reason behind the end of their friendship.
Speaking with Fiifi Pratt on Kingdom Plus FM, Okese1 revealed that the “La Hustle” hitmaker borrowed some money from him to promote his career but has refused to pay back after he was successful.
He said that there have been many occasions he has extended a helping hand to Medikal but he has refused to appreciate him.
Okese1 said that he has no problem with Medikal refusing to pay back the money but he should stay away from his music career.
According to him, Medikal has been bad-mouthing him to people which he finds no pleasure in that. He recalled his issue with Andy Dosty, he said Medikal posed himself as a good person, fabricating lies about him, he has warned him to stay away from him and anything that involves him(Okese1).
However, he acknowledged the fact that Medikal motivated him into becoming an artiste but has no right to associate himself with his brand.
In the same interview, Okese1 stated that Hitz FM,s Andy Dosty is the key reason behind his inability to grab nominations in the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
Since Andy Dosty is part of the a board of the award scheme , he is the brain behind his failure to secure nominations.
