Speaking in an interview with Gilbert Abeiku Aggrey Santana on Okay FM’s Ekwansodwodwo segment, Guru stated that most musicians use their own funds to invest in their music craft due to a lack of support from reputable music brands or management.

He stated that most musicians who mostly invest in themselves found themselves in perils especially when their investments do not yield the desired profit they were expecting.

In our case, the artiste invests his or her own money into the craft even though he will get a little support from other brands and management but the majority of the investment comes from their pocket so when it goes and he doesn’t gain that means they are losing and that was what locked up a lot of musicians in Ghana”,

he said.

In other news, the member of parliament representing the Ningo-Prampram constituency, Hon. Sam Nartey George has assured Ghanaians that the bill to criminalize same-sex marriages will definitely be passed.

Speaking in an interview with the media personality, Deloris Frimpong Manso on the Delay Show, the legislature stated that he is confident that the bill will be passed to eradicate homosexuality in Ghana.

The politician has been one of the few people spearheading the anti-LGBTQi bill, aiming at criminalizing same-sex marriages and relationships in the country. This comes at the back of the LGBTQ community’s appeal to the government to be legalized it in the country.

Some well-known Ghanaian personalities also threw their weight behind the legalization of the practice of homosexuality in Ghana. However, the politician was being hailed by Ghanaians for his advocation in abolishing the practice in Ghana.
