Wendy Shay is noted for secular music, and it seems her church doesn’t have any problem with the choice of songs she does.
In a recent interview, she revealed that, her church doesn’t condemn her choice of songs, as they believe that, this is her talent.
“My Church does not criticize my songs. They actually pray over them for me. Just because I sing secular music doesn’t mean my heart doesn’t belong to God. This is my talent and my calling. I am very religious. Very spiritual”, Wendy Shay said in the interview.
