Promising Ghanaian singer, Amoah Yaw Randy, professionally known as Yaw Berk is humblingly requesting the public to help him pay his rent because he is being ejected.

The artist in an interview on Okay FM told the host that his landlord has been on him for some time due to his house rent which due. It appears things are crushing on the artist after he left Kaywa’s record label, Highly Spiritual music.

In 2019, after the singer left Highly Spiritual Music he made many allegations against Kaywa.

He claimed that Kaywa failed to manage him well adding that only two of his songs were released in the two years he was with the label. Among other things, he also claimed that the studios they used for recordings were infested with bed bugs.

In early 2021, Yaw Berk made a U-turn and render a public apology to his former boss Kaywa and also disclosed the reason behind his actions. According to him, he had been promised a bigger future and career in music if he turned his back on Kaywa and/or destroys his image.

In a new development, Yaw Berk in an interview on Ekwanso Dwoodwoo on Okay FM with Abeiku Santana has revealed that his landlord is currently on him to pay up his rent since it’s due.

“Right now the only problem I have is with my landlord. He is evicting me because I can’t renew my rent. I live at Trasssacco and my rent is due so my landlord is always knocking on my gate and that is worrying. So if I get people who will donate to support me, I will be eternally grateful” he said.
