Born Peter Fameyeh Bozah, widely known as Fameye has revealed that his most viral song “Praise” changed his life for the better and elevated his music career to higher heights given the impact of the song.

Speaking in an interview on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz with the ace broadcaster, Andy Dosty, Fameye revealed that he prayed to God using his young son as point of contact to invoke blessing on the song.

Fameye revealed that his prayers manifested beautifully because he was able to make a lot of money from the song and also have encounters with prominent people and different brands.

He revealed that impact of the song on his life was an unexpected one but special to him because the song made him believe and trust in God the more because of the benefits he got from the song.

As a reminder, “Praise” happens to be one of the best songs written by Fameye. Although the singer has had a few hit songs in the past, “Praise’ was the song that shot him to a higher prominence given the attention and accolades it received on social media.

In other news, Ghanaian rap artiste cum singer, Lasmid Nathaniel Owusu, widely known as Lasmid has recounted how he was made to repeat the same class for three years.

During an interview with Deloris Frimpong Manso on the Delay Show aired on TV3, Lasmid revealed that he was made to repeat Primary 6 three time for three years before continuing with his Junior High School education.

Lasmid revealed that he had his P.6 education at Dunkwa but when he relocated to another town for certain reasons, he was made to repeat the same class again and when he finally relocated to stay with his mother as Wassa-Akropong, he was made to repeat the same class again.

However, he was able to continue his education after that and graduated to the Senior High School at Takoradi Technical Institute but unfortunately, he was unable to complete because he was focused more on his music than his academics.

Lasmid said that he wanted to broaden his knowledge about music and had no interest in any academia works, hence he was unable to complete his senior high school education.
