Ghanaian musician, Belinda Ekua Amoah who is widely known as MzBel is once again in the news.
She is in the news again as it has been alleged that she makes her money to sponsor her lavish lifestyle by sleeping around with politicians.
This allegation was made by his former goddaughter, Iona in a recent Facebook live session she had.
During the Facebook session, Iona accused MzBel of spreading false news about her adding that MzBel is doing that just to tarnish her image.
She, however, indicated that she will never relent on spewing the deadly secrets of MzBel, and to start with, she indicated that MzBel was is sleeping around with politicians adding that if MzBel feels she is lying, she should come out and deny the allegation.
MzBel was born on 26 December 1979, to Albert A. Amoah who was an engineer, and Agnes Nyarko.
Grow ing up in James Town, she attended the God Wisdom Preparatory schools and continued to Korle Gonno 1 and Owusu Mills’ JHS at Mamprobi for her Junior High School Education.
She has admitted she took to skin bleaching in her teen years because it was the norm in Jamestown.
She then continued to pursue Secondary education at Abuakwa State College where she studied general arts majoring in economics, geography, and French.
She then applied to study at the Ghana Institute of Languages and trained to become a bilingual secretary.
After her course at the GIL and a stint with Manifold Tutorial College, she earned an internship slot with GBC Radio 1 where she hosted a children’s programme “Mmofra Kyepem”.
From GBC Radio 1 she joined Groove FM, [now Adom FM], as an intern and co-hosted a child-focused programme titled ‘Kids on Groove’ (Wikipedia).
